Perrelli’s Pinsa is a concept founded by Nicola Perrelli and David Berggren that offers an authentic Italian pinsa — a Roman street food pizza with a unique dough made from a blend of flours and sourdough for a lighter and crispier experience. Perrelli’s offers both ready-made pinsa kits via Foodora and restaurant collaborations in Stockholm. Create/Remain developed the graphic identity and communication.
